El FC Barcelona Lassa se presentaba en el Palacio Municipal de los Deportes de León con unas muy buenas sensaciones después de jugar una gran semifinal ante el Naturhouse La Rioja (33:28). El partido de hoy ha comenzado con un Barça muy concentrado en ataque y decidido a llevarse el sexto título consecutivo.

Silkeborg lined up rather defensively, making it hard for Barça to get in behind early on. Barça Lassa have lost their first game of the season against PSG, one of the best teams in Europe. Despite the absence of both Sorhaindo and Jicha, Barça played well before eventually losing 33:26. Xavi Pascual's side now have five victories and one defeat in the VELEUX EHF Champions League. They face a team who had also only lost once in the competition and Pascual recognised the threat posed by the Parisian side: "PSG have signed lots of players, they play very well and have lots of quality."
